Pupils are at the heart of everything we do. Ofsted recognised the strong relationships between staff and pupils, the positive support provided to meet individual needs and the welcoming atmosphere that exists throughout the school. Pupil wellbeing is prioritised, allowing children and young people to feel safe, confident and ready to learn.

Inspectors highlighted our carefully planned curriculum pathways, which build upon pupils' interests, strengths and starting points. Learning is presented in manageable steps, enabling pupils to develop knowledge, skills and confidence over time while achieving success at every stage of their learning journey.

Preparing pupils for life beyond school is a key priority at Market Field School. Ofsted recognised the range of qualifications, careers education, work-related learning opportunities and life skills experiences that help pupils develop independence, confidence and readiness for their next steps.
