At Market Field School, we believe that the best outcomes for children and young people are achieved when schools, families and professionals work together.

As a specialist SEND school, we have a wealth of experience in supporting children and young people with a wide range of needs. Through our outreach work, we want to share that experience, learn alongside others and help strengthen inclusive practice across our wider community.

Our approach is friendly, practical and collaborative. We recognise that every child is unique, and every setting is different, so our aim is not to provide a 'one size fits all' solution, but to work alongside colleagues to explore approaches that can make a meaningful difference.

Drawing on the knowledge and experience of our staff, we can offer professional development opportunities designed to build knowledge, confidence and practical skills.

Training can be shaped around areas of specialist practice and the needs of schools, settings and professionals.

Where appropriate, we welcome opportunities for colleagues to visit Market Field School, experience our approaches and spend time with staff to explore different aspects of specialist SEND provision.

These visits are an opportunity to share ideas, ask questions and reflect together.
